  • The product is unused and in the same condition as received.

  • All accessories, manuals, and cables are included in the box.

  • You have the order number or proof of purchase.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain products are exempt from being returned, including:

  • In-ear headphones or earbuds if the original seal is broken.

  • Personalized or custom-made tech products.

  • Items damaged due to normal wear and tear or customer misuse.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your gadget arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please notify our Customer Support Team immediately through our Contact Us page at smartcartstore.com.

We will arrange a replacement or a full refund for any verified defective items reported within 7 days of arrival.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Once authorized, securely pack your item and ship it back to us.

Note: Unless the item is defective, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment.

  • It typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.


6. Order Cancellations

Once the item has been dispatched, the standard return policy will apply.
